What causes stress?
An insufficient intake of oxygen plays an important role in creating stress.
And the less oxygen you take in, the less you breathe out carbon dioxide and other toxins. Thus your system gets clogged and you wind up with “brain fog” – the inability to think clearly and stay focused.
Tight muscles and bad posture also play a role in creating stress by inhibiting blood and oxygen flow to your brain and the rest of your body, which leads you to magnify the challenges you face. Thus you wind up fixating on your potential problems rather than focusing on your potential solutions.
Our programs will teach you how to correct your negatively oriented habits, and develop new healthy habits, step by step, little by little.

There is a direct relationship between excess stress and poor health
My clients regularly tell me that stress is one of the biggest challenges they face, both personally and professionally. Stress effects your physical health, emotional well-being, and productivity.

Medical research from the University of Maryland-Medical Center suggests that 80% of all illness and half the sick days from work are stress related. High levels of stress over a long period of time can lead to:
- High blood pressure
- Heart disease
- Weakened immune functions
- Impaired cognitive performance
- and the list goes on and on!

The good news is that medical research also shows that when you engage in mindfulness meditation techniques and learn how to better handle life’s many demands, you can restore your health and sense of well-being.

The most important factor in lessening the negative effects of stress in your life is taking action. And the action you take can be enjoyable and rewarding right from the beginning.

- Traditional Japanese Stress Management: Melds the exercises and theoretical principles of Aikido and Noguchi Sei Tai, with Ericksonian Hypnosis and NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming). This program consists of two modules:
